I ordered a guitar from this website. I ordered on Sunday, expected to arrive on Friday, but I didn't arrive until Wednesday. The delivery itself was long, but the quality is top notch. The guitar was in standard packaging from the guitar company and was also in a box from the site and there were a lot of softeners in the box and the guitar was fine in the end.

Delivery process was nice, but the packaging was a nightmare…. I’ve never seen such a lazy and careless packaging, you literally can put a hand in the box hole and grab the product that’s rattling around. It was completely open!
