Recenzii Muziker de pe Trustpilot

The price was great and product was quality as described. Shipping was not great - Muziker sent it out several days later than promised, causing me to receive the order a week later than planned.

excellent quality, fast delivery, thanks!

The product was what I expected. The product was packaged in weak material and the package was almost completely open. Good thing the ordered item remained inside though.

Top geleverd, prima prijs

cover was damaged

Fast delivery and great packing

Fast shipping

Absolutely perfect! Fast delivery and very nice service. Very nice price too. Recommend from us in Sweden.

Quick shipping to the Netherlands, well packed, top quality: thanks.

The item had QC issues, so I had to return it. The interaction with customer service was the best part of an otherwise stressful situation. The response time was instant and all CS specialists were friendly and helpful, which made the process smooth. Because of that, I have no complaints even though the item was faulty. After checking other online shops, I found that QC issues were common across other items from the same manufacturer, so this was not Muziker's fault.

Goede kwaliteit, goede prijs, snelle levering

The bassguitar that I purchased has some small issues which could have been prevented before shipping. Not that I am not happy with the instrument but it’s a bit irritating that I have to go to a luthier to fix the issues before having fun.

Prices are good but the delivery is quite expensive.

Leverans som utlovat, bra pris och t-shirten var fin.

Fast Delivery

I am really thankful for the support during the shipping, the fast replies and the help in sorting it out. The stuff I bought came in perfect, undamaged and I've been enjoying my purchase daily. Highly recommend!

It was quick and easy transaction. Everuthing went smoothly. Thank You!

Hier gekocht omdat het de goedkoopste was. Dat zijn ze inderdaad. Maar kwaliteit gewoon zoals het hoort. En verzending was prima.
