Building on Fender's legacy of "art and science" engineering, the Fortis F-18SUB powered subwoofer adds 1,000W of audiophile-quality bass enhancement to a Fortis powered speaker system. Engineered for serious low end punch, the 18" woofer and Class 'D' power amp combine to kick out up to 134dB of thumping bass from 30Hz- 200Hz. Dual balanced 1⁄4"-XLR combo jacks feed two input channels, while the integrated crossover with multiple presets makes it easy to find the right sound for any room. Two input channels allow you to sum a stereo signal, easily feeding a single subwoofer, and the outputs pass the signal through to the full-range speakers. Constructed from 9-ply void-free plywood, the robust enclosure is ported for maximum low frequency extension and includes two recessed steel-bar handles for easy transport and integrated hardware for optional casters.
